If you think about it, most of the time we don't like to wait. And we certainly don't wait silently. We hurry and we push through our day. I am very guilty of this. Hurrying like this creates uneasiness and we become disconnected from life and from kindness. The need to wait in silence is so important today. That's why the spirit of Advent is so important. Lord, Help us to wait in hope, to allow your loving kindness to grow in us. We pray for the life of the world. Amen
