Happy October Everyone.
I hope you had a wonderful summer and are ready to swing into fall. I love the fall, but not as much as my husband does. He’s all geared up for colorful leaves, cooler air, and yes, even Halloween. I just can’t wait to get some kiddo’s so we can dress them up for Halloween, take them trick or treating and visit the pumpkin patch to pick their own pumpkins. For now, Pete will have to do (he loves the pumpkin patch and won’t let me buy our pumpkins at the grocery store).

I had a very productive summer doing several concerts in Florida, Ohio and North Carolina. I attended 3 family weddings and I spent a lot of time in the studio in Nashville recording and working on the new CD project. Our Kickstarter campaign was successful and we had 76 wonderful friends contribute to make the new CD a reality. Thank you for believing in me and this ministry, we only have 4 songs to go to complete the album and we are LOVING the new sound.

The week of September 19th I had 2 wonderful friends (who were part of the “Sing In The Studio with Jaime” Kickstarter package) come into the studio and lay down their vocals in several songs on the new cd. They sounded so GREAT! I couldn’t wipe the smile off of my face and I hope they had as much fun as I did. Thank you Vicki Coronel (Murfreesboro TN) and Marie Lajic (Vienna Austria) for making this experience “unforgettable”. You guys ROCKED!

Shaun Shankel (producer) is doing an incredible job and I feel blessed that he agreed to work with me. We are getting some great stuff and I can’t wait for you to hear it. Buckley Miller (engineer), is helping keep things “light” in the studio by making us laugh and eating all of the food I bring in. It really has been a great experience and I look forward to recording the last few songs.

Please continue to be in prayer over the next 2 months as we find and record the final 4 songs that will complete the project, that the message will be powerful, well-rounded and encouraging to all who listen.
